Are you a designer, practitioner or person who believes ethics are important in your work? Do you seek to do more good in the world? Are you interested in exploring what it means and looks like to do good in your life, your job, your community? What are your guiding principles?

Join us next Wednesday to collaboratively develop guiding principles for HMWDG, to inform the ways we make change at work, in our lives and in our communities. These guiding principles will be a basis for us to grow and reflect as a community/meetup group and individuals.

In this meetup, we will collectively define these principles through design-thinking exercises. We will focus on topics such as community, equality, morality, communication and behaviour. Please feel free to bring along any inspiration. We will bring notes from previous sessions on what doing good means to you, the ethics discussions and initial intent of HMWDG. Our aim is to have a set of guiding principles we can share and build on at the end of the session.

In following sessions, we will review each of the principles together and reflect on our own practice, or how we would like to put them into practice as a community. Everyone is welcome – you do not need to have been part of previous discussions. We welcome a diverse range of voices on how we might do good. Thanks!
