Mid Week Hike

Thursday, July 17th, MWH - Lost City Scramble at Mohonk Preserve Al DeMaria and Al Limone have scouted out a fun scramble route at Lost City with options for less agile hikers. Al DeM and Anthony Sorace will lead the way and help us through the rocks if needed. Al DeM recommends light, flexible shoes for the scramble. I also bring a pair of knobby garden gloves for holding onto rocks. We will meet at Coxing Parking Lot in Mohonk at 9:30 and go from there. After the hike, you can cool off at Split Rock. If you are not a Mohonk Preserve member, there is a day fee of $12 which can be applied towards a membership.

Meeting Time at Trail head: 9:30 am Bring lunch, plenty of water and snacks and dress in layers. The weather is supposed to be in the mid 70s and hydration is very important.
