I am a group fitness instructor and I teach my Hula Hoop Fitness Classes Live on Zoom.
šŸšØNo hoop? No problem, it's okay if you don't have a hula hoop, you can still take my class and I will have everyone without a hoop walk in place instead and do all the arm movements as the rest of the hoopers do :)
My classes are approximately 40 minutes long allowing for a calorie burn of up to 400 per class. Yes, you will burn all those calories without even losing your breath! You may think that all of the toning will take place around the waist/tummy area. Actually, with the constant push-pull contraction of the core muscles that occurs during hooping, you will also achieve an incredible workout in your thighs, calves, and arms! As an added bonus, hooping will improve your overall coordination, balance and posture. I also adda bit cardio to my class, making it an around great workout!

Fun Fact: I am in the 2020 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records for "Largest Hula Hoop Spun"!
