What we're about

Hul and East Riding Social is a social club of friendly and welcoming men, women and couples from different backgrounds and ages within the Hull and East Riding area. Members can enjoy socializing at different meet ups in the company of like minded people with a positive atmosphere, good company and interesting conversation.

We were the first and original Meet Up group in the area and in our 3 year existence have had over 300 successful Meet Ups.

The group is for anyone wishing to increase there social circle, make new friends or just have a much more interesting life other then 9 - 5 and home again; Hull and East Riding Social is currently free to join and we hope to be able to continue that approach. We arrange Meet Ups in Hull and the East Riding, but most Meet Ups are in the Hull, Beverley and Cottingham areas.

The types of Meet ups this group enjoy are listed below but not limited to:

• Wine and Dine

• Enjoyment of different music such as Rock or Pop

• An evening at a comedy club

• Regular quiz night

• Theatre visits

• Cinema

Anyone wishing to join the group must have an image of themselves on there profile, their full name and the three questions answered. This information tells everyone in the group about yourself, It also makes it easier to know who you are talking to online and to identify each other at meet up's. If anyone wishing to join does not have an image of them self, their real name and also the three questions answered they will not be accepted into the group.

The organizer of any event does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss to member’s property, nor personal injury they might sustain during a meet up.

It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure they can get too and from a meet up, and not the Organizer of Hull and East Riding Social or any meet up with in Hull and East Riding Social, and if that meet up is suited to that individual and their needs.
