Alex Strang, Director of Moment Pebble
Alex experienced first hand the cost of not taking a moment for himself. For Alex it meant burnout leading to memory loss, and a very difficult period of his life. Since then he has been on a mission to understand the psychology behind it and prevent others from suffering the same experience. With the Moment Pebble Alex hopes to ensure other people don’t get to the point he got to.
At Moment Pebble, they're on a mission to make mindfulness quick, easy and accessible for everyone – from complete mindfulness newbies, to experienced meditators.
