Prepare for the Solstice Celebration

Let's set up and decorate our community center for the Annual Solstice Party.

We will be arranging furniture; cleaning; setting the tables; displaying auction and raffle items; testing wine and eating snacks.

We are looking for donations of art, fine crafts, or services for the Silent Auction. If you are an artist, craftsperson, or provider of some kind of service, we would love your donations for auction. Also, if you know of someone or a business that might offer any of the above, please let us know. Gift cards are good for auctioning or door prizes.

Bake sale items can be dropped off this day if they will keep until the main event on Saturday.
