If you love to train outdoors, using the terrain as your gym, and experience incredible results, than look no further. This class uses Tabata style or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), ensuring maximum calorie burn. It includes cardio, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training.
HIIT and Tabata style workouts are the most popular in the fitness industry right now for a very good reason: They work! Most results in the shortest amount of time! Maximum calorie expenditure. Gotta love that!
The class will be tailored to meet the needs of the people that are in it, collectively and individually. Its group fitness with a personal training touch.
Once a month I will accept new people to try it for a $10.00 fee. Packages are sold in 4 week increments and enrollment is only allowed at the beginning of each 4 week session.
Come join me for an awesome HIIT style, outdoor workout! Please dress in layers and wear the appropriate athletic shoes. When you rsvp for this class, tell me about any physical injuries or limitations you may have so I can plan accordingly! Please bring a mat (or beach towel) and a bottle of water. Please arrive a few minutes early so you can register and then get ready to "WERK" !
