🌐 We are a group based in the USA, so this group will align with U.S. Laws & Regulations. All members are expected to read and abide by the following “Code of Conduct- Rules”.
Code of Conduct [☆] | RULES |☆|
●🚫1) This is a Closed Group. We ask you to respect other member’s privacy. Some events are held at members’ private homes or residences. Any member wishing to attend a private residency must be vetted. The vetting process is at the sole discretion of the Organizers & hosts. There are 2 types of private residence events: Private or LIMITED: private parties are no longer posted on this meetup. LIMITED parties are open to all members, however limited in number of attendees.(FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE). If the limited event is full, ppl who RSVP “yes” will be automatically placed on a waitlist by meetup. It’s first come, first serve with meetup & this limited event. If someone drops out, then meetup will automatically put the next member on the waitlist onto the YES category: whoever had RSVP’ed first.
2) Privacy & Safety: It is absolutely prohibited to share private information about one of our members to people outside the group. Safety & security is a major concern of all of our members. That being said: if you are attending any of our meetups or events & wish to bring a gun or knife (conceal carry or open) it depends on the venue: private or open event and we follow all state, local, & county laws regarding carrying a gun with a legal permit. Any meetup at a private residence will be at the sole discretion of the owner of said residence.
●3) Use of explicit language is prohibited in posts, comments, videos. While traveling or attending any event with the group we require civilized human interaction: we discourage any sexually suggestive behavior or comments in any way, no matter how subtle. While we appreciate adult-level humor, this is not a pick up group. No unfriendly behavior, indecent comments, or anything inappropriate. Posts or comments on this meetup website that do not adhere to the rules will be deleted and after a warning you will be blocked.
●🚫3a) If you insult, disrespect, or harass any member, you will be blocked. If you disagree with a member, REMEMBER, you must demonstrate a constructive & respectful attitude to resolve problems or conduct a healthy debate. Contact organizer for assistance in resolving any disagreement.
☆🚫4) No bickering, lashing-out, name-calling or arguing with others. Just simply contact a host or organizer, if you hear or see any comment you believe is questionable. We will determine a course of action appropriate for any insubordination for rules listed in this post. All reports are confidential. Please act like civilized adults. (It's sad that we have to say it.)
●🚫5) Rude or condescending members may get a warning, but blatantly disrespecting fellow members will get you removed from the group. Keep a positive, productive attitude, remain constructive and respectful with each other.
●✅ 6) Three topics we discourage: Politics, Sex, Religion. You may share your opinions or experiences, but allow others to take from it what they want, what works for some may not work for others. It's ultimately all about TRAVEL. So if you offer your opinion, be prepared that others may differ in opinion and if it's rejected, move on. (This is an attempt to keep bickering to a minimum.) We welcome your opinions & we love hearing about your travel experiences. We encourage healthy, constructive discussions. However, please offer those opinions, experiences or suggestions as respectfully as possible as to allow members to make their own choices, and let them learn from it. "Take it or leave it".
●7) 🔫🛃⚠️Any member that encourages, displays, or suggests committing any crime or ILLEGAL activities will be blocked from the group.
●8) ⛔⛔NO Selling, No Trading, No Solicitation!⛔⛔Selling, or advertising in this group is strictly prohibited. External referencing of products, other websites, groups, links, pages, or other information is only permissible when asked for by another member, and only to address specific questions or discussions brought up by other members for educational purposes. Remember, this group is about travel. Because of the crafty ways people come up with to gain product exposure or self-promoting, some people may become members, then get removed.
●9) 🚫Please Do NOT take screenshots from this group & post anywhere else, This is a CLOSED group.⛔⚠️(With the exception of bringing a post or comment that's in violation of the rules to the attention of a host or organizer.) ...then it's ok.
10) No "Doxxing". You will be blocked permanently. Doxxing is the Internet-based practice of researching and broadcasting private or identifiable information (especially personally identifiable information) about an individual or organization. Doxing is carried out for various reasons, including to aid law enforcement, business analysis, risk analytics, extortion, coercion, harassment, online shaming, and vigilante justice. Consequently, doxing often comes with a negative connotation, because it can be a vehicle for revenge via the violation of privacy.
⛔ Organizers reserve the right to enforce the Rules. All members are expected to read and abide by the “Rules”. Any member who doesn’t abide by Rules for any reason may be blocked from the group permanently & without notice.
⛔⚠️Any other reason at all is grounds for being blocked from the group permanently & without notice.
●❌ Organizers reserve the right to delete any post or comment that doesn't adhere to these rules and guidelines. Again, If it is irrelevant to the subject at hand, ie, travel or our events, it doesn't belong here. We reserve the right to remove it at any time without any notice. When in doubt, just ask.
✅If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to our Organizer who is more than happy to help. Send a private message for confidentiality.
