Sanchit comes with 9+ years of industry experience and is currently working with JP Morgan. He has been mostly been working as a backend developer and he loves to code in Python. He is also an active member of Hyderabad Python User group.

Mahendra is working as a Full Stack Developer at BeautifulCode. He is very keen to learn new technologies and loves to share his knowledge.

Description:
This talk focuses on the importance of Programming paradigm and why there are conflict in programming paradigm. Which programming paradigm is better Object-Oriented Programming or Functional Programming? Do we really need to choose between any one of them?

Speaker's Bio:
Manivannan has 15+ years of software application development. He has worked in developing products across multiple domain like Semiconductor, Healthcare & Banking. He had been an entrepreneur and an active contributor to Hyderabad Python Community (HydPy). Currently, he is working as Director in ADP India Pvt Ltd.
