SECUNDERABAD CANTONMENT SUNDAY OXYGEN FIX

It was a nice ride on the 26 th. This Sunday we plan to be a bit more ambitious. Ride starts 15 minutes earlier - we do an additional 8 Kms - see some places many do not even know exist. Sunrise is at 0542 hrs so we would be able to see the Sun Rising over the Greens of the Cantonment. Worst of Summer Heat is over , the Cantonment Area is Greener than ever. We gather at Apollo Hospital, Vikrampuri at 0540 hrs. Wheels will roll at 0544 hrs. Go till Trimulgherry Crossroads then turn into the Cantonment Area. Cross the Army Temple , the War Memorial , and upto Bison Chowk for a short Regroup. Then all along the Golf Course , into Kowkur Village , into the Great off-Road upto the RAF Station. From here we go on to the Chinese Cemetry , further to the Podhina Fields - buy some fresh greens and return . We return the same way , or take a straight arrow upto the Shamirpet Highway - all depending on which route you guys prefer. Total Round trip distance is around 41 kms. This is a pure Fun Ride - newcomers are most welcome - you will always have someone with you. A Helmet is a Must. Carry water and some ORS too.
