The Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC) provides professional development and collaborative forums for Federal government, academia and industry to identify, discuss and resolve emerging technology challenges.

The Blockchain Working Group has recently completed a White Paper which explores how using blockchain technology for voting in elections can benefit the United States by creating more efficient, transparent processes which increase both voter participation and overall trust in government.
