Kickoff Hyperledger Charleston

Let's kickoff the local chapter of Hyperledger in the Charleston area!

For the first meetup, the speaker is Ben Razet (Hyperledger Sawtooth developer) and he'll overview Hyperledger and its various projects, discuss use cases, blockchain technologies, see who is interested in what in the Charleston area, and get to know each other.
