Self-Sovereign- and Global Trade Identity

On September 3rd we invite Henrik Hvid Jensen and Vikas Pandey to discuss Self-Sovereign- and Global Trade Identity.

Henrik has been involved in several digitization and blockchain projects. He will talk about how Global Trade Identity, based on blockchain technologies, facilitates global trade and establishes trust in the digital era. Vikas is an active contributor to the Hyperledger community and a Hyperledger Ambassador in Europe. He will have a talk on Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) and how it is achieved using Hyperledger Indy as a solution.

Both Vikas and Henrik have broad experience working on the subject. Both are consulting private/public institutions and governments and both work with the World Economic Forum in shaping the future of blockchain technologies.

After the talks we will have an open debate about the challenges and opportunities for SSI. Here Mads Stolberg-Larsen from Tradeshift Frontiers and Mark Dencker from Wiredelta and UN Live will moderate questions from the audience (or ask their own if there are none).
