The legendary Hyperledger Dallas Meetup group is launching monthly events on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. The new normal and role of digital ledgers in the transformation of the enterprise.

The first of Ignite DFW Digital Ledgers Linux Foundation-Hyperledger Series is scheduled for the second Tuesday of June on the 9th featuring 'Blockchain in Telecom & Media' by Matthew Thomas and Amandeep Singh from IBM.

Abstract: The speakers will present Blockchain use-cases in the Telecom & Media industry, architecture behind the use-case, demonstration of the use-case and customer experience. An overview of the HyperLedgers Special Interest Group on Blockchain for Telecom and Media will be presented and how you can get involved with the SIG.

Amandeep Singh is a Senior Technology Architect for IBM’s Telecom and Media Labs and is responsible to work on client’s business and technical requirements to design and develop industry accelerators that showcase IBM and partner technology and service offerings in AI, analytics, blockchain and cloud platforms.

Mathews Thomas is the lead executive architect for IBM's Telecom and Media Labs where he works with key clients, partners and standards organizations to develop leading-edge industry solutions built on IBM’s AI, analytics, blockchain and cloud platforms.
