Denver Hyperledger Virtual Meetup For June

Details
As we continue to deal with the challenges we face with the COVID-19 outbreak, we still need to remain connected, even if that's only virtually. This is the second in a series of virtual meetups from the Denver Chapter around the latest news related to Hyperledger and enterprise blockchain adoption.
Blockchain technology is a revolutionary coordination mechanism that highlights and can solve key challenges for the continued digital transformation of our society. For a period, it was also an overhyped and poorly defined technology with few reputable projects progressing past proof of concept. We are now progressing beyond the hype curve, but there are still many issues that must be addressed. Complexity is among the biggest as it is a massive bottleneck for enterprise blockchain adoption.
We are pleased to announce two speakers for our second virtual meetup. They are: Zach Danker-Feldman from Xooa, a Hyperledger member, and Joshua Ross, a Professor at the University of Denver who is teaching about blockchain and Hyperledger as part of his 4th Industrial Revolution Class.
Come join us as Zach Danker-Feldman from Xooa - a Hyperledger-Certified Service Provider - discusses the blooming potential of blockchain technology across industries. Discover how Xooa’s enterprise blockchain application platform employs the Fabric framework to remove barriers to entry and abstract away the complexities of blockchain to move us toward a realization of success for this technology.
Also hear from Joshua Ross about how Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Virtual Reality, and Blockchain are a few disruptive technologies that will impact and change the way we work, live and communicate. The University of Denver is preparing their students to take advantage of the opportunities these technologies present and to understand the risks and challenges they will need to address with the 4th Industrial Revolution.
