Meet Seth: Deploying Solidity Contracts to Hyperledger Sawtooth

Join us to learn about the Sawtooth-Ethereum integration project, Seth, which extends the interoperability of the Sawtooth platform to Ethereum.

Using the Seth transaction family, EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) smart contracts can be deployed to Sawtooth. This family consists of a new client, `seth`, that is used to construct and submit transactions to the network and a new transaction processor, `seth-tp`, running the Burrow Ethereum Virtual machine. Ultimately, the goal is to enable developers with existing web applications and smart contracts to seamlessly transition their work to the Hyperledger Sawtooth platform.
