This is a donation-based monthly workshop to experience the power of hypnosis. It includes a group hypnosis session as well as a discussion about the benefits of hypnotherapy. The group is led by Brian Lottman, Certified Hypnotherapist.
Hypnosis is a simple meditation method to access the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is where most of our limiting beliefs and negative thoughts are stored. We can give the subconscious mind new positive ideas that transform our way of thinking and feeling. We can can break through barriers of "I can't," "I'm not good enough," and "I'm not smart enough." Hypnosis can help us to reduce stress, clear away fears, get more sleep, lose weight, overcome procrastination, and quit addictions like smoking. Come join us and break through one of your blocks. Meet lots of like-minded people who are also excited about inner transformation.
Brian Lottman leads these monthly gatherings as a part of his mission to help people heal themselves. He realized that our body, mind and soul challenges come from an agitated mind that can be transformed. He attended the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in 2010 and learned many different ways to conquer those challenges and assist people in accomplishing their goals. Brian is a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Meditation Teacher, and Hatha Yoga Instructor.
