A group for people who want to relax, calm and de-stress their minds and bodies.
I will be running regular meetings where I will be doing group hypnotherapy and guided meditations.
I will be tailoring the meetings to your needs. Eg. Confidence building, self hypnosis, learn how to meditate etc.
