We meet every Monday morning for networking and learning new job search skills. On the 1st, 3rd and 5th Mondays we meet in downtown Cleveland. There is always a topic for discussion. On the 2nd and 4th Mondays we meet with Connect Plus, a referral network of business people who have extensive client relationships, such as real estate, insurance and accounting agents. Part of their group's mission is to help people like us to find good jobs. To answer a question - They are not recruiting us, but sharing their networks to connect us more in our fields of choice.
