This period of Covid has obliged us to stop, slow down, question and reflect on our individual and collective quality of life – often within the constraints of existing ‘systems’ and ‘structures’. Have we, as facilitators, unwittingly been contributing to those constraints? Is that what we, or society, want?

You are invited to join us to consider together how we, as facilitators and change agents, might support individuals and organisations as they emerge into life after Covid.

Do we really want to return to where we left off? Was it really a healthy and sustainable way of being? Around the world, many people struggle for survival. People’s lives are blighted, nature is suffering, and climate change is a threat to us all.

What can we do to influence the way we all emerge from this crisis?

What is to be done to ensure we create a more equitable and wholesome society?

Do aspects of our facilitation need to morph into leadership, so that we influence the way humanity organises and to what purpose?

Can we afford to ‘pretend to be neutral’ when the future of life on earth is at stake?
