Process Bots, Chinese Bot Deployment & "did you REALLY buy that eBook?"

... and now for something completely different!

Declan from Ludex will be talking about their new process bots - filling out and emailing documents (forms) using Watson Assistant and IBM Cloud Functions Microservices.

Peter Poliwoda will then take us through how he made his own Kindle store and how it’s continuously deploying to IBM Cloud in a topic entitled "No honestly, I really did buy that ebook!"

Finally back to the bots - David from OpenJaw will show us how he delivered and deployed a Watson chatbot in China - all about the process and what they learned creating a customer service chatbot with TravelSky.
