Speaker Bio:
Robert Barron is a Managing Consultant and member of the Cloud Adoption and Solution Engineering office for IBM Cloud. Within the worldwide CASE team, he is part of the Cloud Service Management and Operations Experts Lab, working in all fields of CSMO and specializing in Site Reliability Engineering and Chat Operations.
