Martin Bartlam is the International Group Head of Finance & Projects and Co-chairs the Global Fintech Group at DLA Piper. Martin has spent a considerable amount of time in the last 2 to 3 years helping ICOs and now STOs on a global basis with the legal and regulatory challenges these offerings need to address.DLA Piper are somewhat unique as they have so many offices globally, they are able to offer guidance for firms looking to raise capital on a global basis which will be vital for STOs as they will need to comply with various different jurisdictions regulations Martin will give an overview on a global basis given the international footprint his firm has of how interest in ICOs is moving to STOs. Irfon Watkins, Founder and CEO of DOVU. A serial entrepreneur, Irfon has founded and sold companies across the data spectrum. Before founding DOVU he was founder and CEO of Coull, a programmatic video advertising company processing over 15 billion requests a month from over 118 countries. Irfon will be speaking about DOVU, having successfully secured Jaguar LandRover to invest,DOVU's aim is to facilitate changes in how people travel by rewarding them for sharing data, changing behaviour and improving the way that they move. Now working with bus operators and number of global car manufactures like BMW,Jaguar Land Rover and Go Ahead Plc. DOVU are a great example of how Cryptoassets can be used to alter people's behaviour by incentives and rewards and why Multinational BRANDS are embracing tokenomics.He will also talk about the journey from a successful ICO to the decision to tokenise the entire company, starting with potentially the UK's first STO early next year. Siam Kidd is a full-time investor and trader after losing on the markets consistently for the first 6 years, he simply learned through hard trial and error. He owns 5 profitable businesses. He became an RAF Pilot straight out of school and began trading and investing in 2004 and he gained media attention in 2015 when he made over £420k in 30 minutes during the Black Monday crash which he forecasted. Siam is the founder of The Realistic Trader, which is a community of thousands of positive like-minded Crypto investors/traders and in a 4-month period in 2017, Siam traded his $25k Crypto account up to $1m. His long term passion though is to create his own independent school by 2020 before his oldest son turns 4 as he doesn’t trust or believe in the current education system. Benjamin is a technology entrepreneur and blockchain expert with a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and a M.Sc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex. Before founding the London Block Exchange, he ran online businesses focused on the commercial application of brainstorming techniques and Six Sigma methodologies.
