Using visual media to improve the UX of products & services

Speaker Bio:

Vije Vijendranath (https://www.linkedin.com/in/vijev/) Computer Engineer by trade, in the telecoms and customer experience industry for the last 10 years. Consulted and worked with Accenture, Ericsson and IBM.

In the startup industry for the last 5 years, where he built his first company in the photography industry. This was primarily for corporates and governments to improve the look and feel of photography and UI for the training that is used by employees and to eventually improve this skills.

Then built a parenting company in 2012 called "You, Baby and I (https://www.youbabyandi.com)" together with his wife to target the companies that benefit from selling to moms and their kids. It's currently the largest parenting influence company in South Africa.

Recently built Tapsnapp (https://www.tapsnapp.co) which is an "Uber for photography services" where consumers can find and book photographers matched to location and shoot type.
