If you are new to yoga or if you have been practicing for many years....welcome. 

The mission of I Love Yoga is to have yoga accessible to everyone and anyone. We offer affordable yoga, meditation, and healing classes ($10-$12) and for those who cannot afford the classes, we offer energy exchange. This means you can offer your services, or work at our studio in exchange for taking classes. 

Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience.  Your teacher will help you to take your practice where you'd like to go.  Please talk with us if you have any questions, or physical limitations, and we will recommend a class for you.  Please remember, it’s YOUR practice -- your best teacher resides within you.  We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs

We are a community of yogis, yoginis, healers, and lightworkers.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or  a beginner, come try our variety of classes, workshops and healing sessions.  

Our teachers come from many different backgrounds and are passionate and honored to teach at I Love Yoga. This community is filled with love. A place you can truly be yourself. Once you experience I Love Yoga, you will always want to come back.


Take a look at just a few of the classes we offer and see which one calls to you:

Hatha Yoga:

Hatha yoga is general term used for a set of of physical postures and sequences designed to align your skin, muscles and bones AND and to open the channels in the noby (mainly the spine) so the enrgy can flow freely. Classes will vary depending on the teacher - leave all expectations at the door and enjoy.  



CandleLight Yoga:

Gentle, healing practice to candlelight and soothing music and sounds.

Vinyasa Flow:

Utilizing Sun Salutations, connected movements and breath, Vinyasa Yoga will build confidence, strength and flexibility and help you stay present and centered. Flowing around the obstacles that come your way, this energetic practice will empower you with the strength to face anything. Chanting, breathing and mantras are also included in the practice.

Gentle Yoga:

Gentle yoga classes are appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, healing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Great for beginners.



Kundalini Yoga:

A Kundalini class begins with a short chant followed by a warm-up to stretch the spine and improve flexibility. Each Kundalini Yoga asana series (called kriyas) is done with a specific breathing technique that intensifies the effects of the poses with the purpose of freeing energy in the lower body and allowing it to move upwards.

This rapid results practice aims "to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others."

Naam Yoga:

A Naam Yoga class is a therapeutic form of yoga that provides a profound healing experience to the practitioner. Naam Yoga combines sound, meditation, breath, mantra, and movement to open the meridians, expand lung capacity, stretch the subtle energetic body and bring the mind back to a neutralized and relaxed state. Naam Yoga is perfect for all levels.

Meditative Yin Yoga:

 With a meditative approach this class focuses on accessing the deep connective tissues and fascia in the body, commonly holding postures for 3 to 5 minutes. Many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine). This intimate practice is coupled with sound healing using music and instruments such as the gong and Tibetan singing bowls to facilitate waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation. Yin is a great complement to other styles of yoga, fitness, and your own personal life.

Yoga Nidra Meditation:

This class is for the student who wants to release stress and tension with gentle movements of yoga and the deeply restorative and re-balancing practice of Yoga Nidra.  It is appropriate for all levels of students. Using breath and body awareness techniques, the student experiences deep levels of relaxation in the Yoga Nidra Meditation.   Muscular, emotional and mental tensions are released. Stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and depression are  relieved.  The literal translation of yoga nidra is “yogic Sleep, yet you remain awake and alert during Yoga Nidra. It is said that one hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.



Moses Yoga:

You never know what’s gonna happen in this class, so leave your expectations at the door. Moses Yoga combines yoga asana, chanting, breathing and self-discovery for an enchanting experience elevating mind-body and speech.
