This group offers guided, deep self-exploration and transformation through multiple meditation techniques (dharanas in Sanskrit)...many of which have led great beings throughout history to enlightenment. Each dharana (150 in total), is an Inner Trail crossing different terrain toward insight and self-discovery. Some dharanas will explore virtues such as love, fearlessness, abundance, trust, and so forth. Attributes such as relaxation, mental focus, better health, improved sleep, and joy, though not specific goals, form natural byproducts of the meditation process. Each event will offer a different dharana in various contexts - some sitting, some moving, some indoor, some outdoor. Sharing experiences, questions and discussions are welcome.
