Looking After Your Mental Health presented by James Peterson
James' mental health and personal development programs consists of 3 parts, focused on educating and encouraging people to make mentally healthy choices, to form mentally healthy habits and to develop a mentally healthy mindset, in order to prevent mental illness and improve overall mental health, productivity and wellbeing.
It is a very practical program, which provides audience members with simple strategies, techniques and pieces of advice, that they can implement immediately into their daily routine, to help improve their mental health.
This program is unique because not only does it teach audience members what techniques and lifestyle strategies to implement into their life, but it also educates them as to how to implement these changes long term, through the latest the research and methods on habit formation.
At the end of the program all attendees receive a number of free and useful resources for ongoing mental health education and support. All information, advice and recommendations given during the program is supported by the latest academic literature and studies, and James will stay behind to answer any questions or queries that audience members may have.
