Welcome to:

INSPIRE-YOUR-MIND: Mindfulness & Creative Thought Training

This group aspires to facilitate friendly, personable meetings that deliver simple ways to increase well-being. Join us if you wish to develop a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and the world, and to re-discover more inner peace & happiness in daily life.

The group meetings teach a variety of compassionate practices that consciously enrich the human experience. These simple techniques accentuate the positive traits such as: Self-Compassion and Self-Awareness; that help release us from the grips of habitual modes of fear, anxiety and over-thinking.

The 'meetings' are presently held online, and in-person, as well as 1-1 coaching on request.

There is an emphasis on building Self-assurance and creating a better mindset in a world that can so often of late, feel uncertain. One may rediscover It's OK to be human after-all! Perfectly you, without the constant pressures to DO... Just being you IS ENOUGH!

The meetings are led by Nikki Hill, a passionate individual who has acquired many tools in her life experience and her professional training which she draws from in her work including: Yoga, Pilates & Mindful Meditation & Visualisation Instructing, Person-Centered Counselling, Mentor & Coaching, You Can Heal Your Life facilitating and a B.A in Drama. Good to have a chair that has supportive back like dining room chair, and one where by your feet are solidly reaching the ground. (If not place a book or block under feet this will support your back!)
