Hello everyone,

I hope you're well. In June we're back to the St Margaret's House!

Join me to try your hand at a collective poem.

What are you grateful for? Let's share things we are grateful for to create some poetry and collage with up-cycling materials.

According to researches from Harvard University, when you share things you're grateful for with others, it can alleviate pain and contribute to improved feelings of wellness. Grateful people tend to take better care of themselves. And that’s all we need nowadays!

This workshop is part of series that I'm offering to organisations in East London as part of my participation in the Artist Accelerator scheme, funded by Get Living, Foundation for FutureLondon and Rosetta Arts, in which I'm one of the selected artists.
