You are invited to join us on October 7th for an interactive panel discussion with some “regular” investors just like you and me! This will be an interactive Zoom call with several local folks who have had success but have also seen difficult times. There is so much to learn from others who have seen market ups and downs, changed strategies, invested in real estate as well as other vehicles, etc...

This is a rare opportunity to hear from folks just like you who are willing to share what has worked and not worked for them!

Meet the panel:

Calvin - After his 401k took a hit in 2008 he started looking into RE investing. He has purchased properties from foreclosure auction, HOA foreclosure, and from other investors. He now owns properties in multiple states and expects to retire from his “day job” 10 years earlier than expected!

Heidi - Heidi entered into her first real estate deals during the Great Recession of 2008 but in order to survive she changed strategies to do wrap mortgages on mobile homes. After some time away from RE investing, she has bought a half-dozen rentals since 2018.

Chris - Has extensive experience in real estate investing but prefers to invest in tax liens and lend on real estate as a lifestyle choice.

Brian - An Operations Consultant who was working ridiculously long hours trying to get ahead (but somehow still living paycheck to paycheck) until he and his wife got educated about real estate investing. Brian and his wife now have rentals in multiple states, invest in mobile home notes, CBD oil production and real estate development.

This will be an open forum where you can bring your questions that will no doubt lead to an informative, enlightening and entertaining discussion that you don’t want to miss!

The IRROC monthly meetings are facilitated by Brad Podhajsky, who is well-known for his creative deal structuring, wholesaling, and investor brokerage services in the greater Denver metropolitan area. IRROC’s local real estate investment club meets the first Thursday of every month, where an average of 150 investors – of all experience levels – get together to network and learn about real estate investment strategies.
