Technology is becoming more and more important in our daily lives. People, companies… Everyone is being treated with new features and different ways to access our personal data. Phones are becoming the second most important thing in life. The one thing that is more important? Our vital needs.
Moving from the core to the Cloud
To keep up with the fast pace of life, it becomes more and more important to access our stored data whenever and wherever. No one wants to carry around a digital hard drive anymore… For developers, Microsoft Azure gives them a wide range of possibilities to create the solution people and businesses are craving.
To make sure we can access our data, solutions should work seamlessly with various devices and operating systems. ASP.NET core will provide many new possibilities to build and run cross-platform ASP.NET apps on Windows, Mac and Linux OS’s. This new tooling will simplify modern web development, besides that .NET core is open source and community focused. Will Java just be an island in the near future? Who knows…
