Bring your own (low) chairs if want to be comfy. (Camp chairs are fine.
There will be a large canvas drop cloths delineating out our reserved area
If you get there late and we have filled the space that is reserved. . . .well if you get there late then you are on your own for seating. Or at least more broken up and infill.
Bring some wine, beer, soda, water, tea or whatever. And bring some sort of thing that's great potluck . . . cheese, . . fruit . . . olives . . . dates . . . baguette . . . whatever
I sent word to the production company with the expected numbers based of the RSVP's And that a mix of seats and lawn for bringing our own chairs/seats/whatevers.

If you have never been to Shakespeare by the Sea before you are in for a treat.
BUT, . . . as a Meetup we will get upfront Preferred Reserved Seating/Area just for us.
So here is what's gonna happen. The show STARTS at 7PM.
5 to 6PM Arrival.
Bring wine, cheese, olives, bread, or whatever else you think that would be good to share. And we will have a nice potlock as the sun sets.
The reason for getting there early is the place does fill. We will have a reserved area at the front for us, . . . BUT if we fill it, you will be in the overflow. And the show does fill.
PARKING (the usual question). Find what you can.
WARMTH/HEAT This event is OUTDOORS. Bring some blankets to snuggle up under. Sweaters good too. Dress warm. Tights under the jeans a good idea too!!
FOOD There are some vendors. BUT bring some stuff to share and then there will be more than enough if we all do that.
RESTROOMS There is a large bank of clean and close restrooms.
