The Idaho PHP User Group invites anyone with a desire to talk and learn about PHP and related technologies to gather together, share their knowledge, and promote the PHP community in Idaho.
We generally meet the first Monday of each month unless it makes sense to hold it on a different date. Check our Meetup page regularly for details about upcoming meetings.
If you are a recruiter or you are offering a job, please send the meetup leaders a message and we will consider sending it out to the group.
You may also announce jobs at the in-person meetups, where we provide a few minutes of dedicated time at the beginning for people offering jobs to talk. Please notify us in advance.
Thanks for participating! If you have ideas for the group, want to help out, would like to speak, sponsor the group, provide swag, or offer up items to raffle please let us know. We are grateful for your support.
Implementing a Command Bus pattern within your application is a great way to separate your business logic from the HTTP request. This can allow us to model our problems more effectively while keeping our application code expressive, resulting in code that will be more SOLID, testable, and reusable.
Come join us as Noah walks us through how to implement the Command Bus pattern in your applications. We're also going to get an update on some personal projects from around the group, and, there's probably going to be some pretty great swag giveaways as well!
