About us
Thanks to the growing community, we can debate big ideas with people all over the world... Simultaneously!!
Join our global community of minds and share with people in different countries and from all backgrounds thorough our weekly online debates. Imagine debating with people in 10 different countries at the same time... How awesome is that?
This is a safe, inclusive and respectful space designed to talk to other humans, learn from one another and implement our ideas, in all relevant aspects of life.
We will discuss both “big” and “small” ideas, talking about the past, present, and future, the ideal world and our everyday reality.
Each Meetup will have a main focus subject, with a wide margin to explore other interesting topics.
Our main rule:
“I do not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.”
Some subjects we’ll explore:
Human wellbeing and psychology Relationships and family Society, economics and politics Lifestyles, cultures and languages Technology and futurism Philosophy, religions and ideologies The “why” and “what for” of life
And many more, that we’ll decide on together…

We are living in a time when wars no longer stay contained. A military conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the United States would not only affect the Middle East — it could also send shockwaves through the global economy, raise oil and gas prices, increase political instability, and shape everyday life for people far beyond the region.
On the one hand, governments defend military action in the name of security, self-defense, and national interest. On the other hand, every new escalation raises the risk of a broader war, more human suffering, economic disruption, and a world that feels increasingly unstable and unpredictable. What begins as a regional conflict can quickly become a global problem.
Just as important is the bigger picture. This is not only about Iran, Israel, and the U.S. — it is also about the changing balance of power in the world. China and Russia are watching closely, alliances are being tested, and many people are starting to wonder whether the international system is becoming more fragile than ever. Are we watching another dangerous crisis unfold, or are we entering a new and more unstable chapter in world politics?
We’ll get together in front of our screens, coffee or another drink in hand, and talk with other curious people who want to better understand what is happening — and what it could mean for the future.
Some subjects we’ll touch on:
· Are we really on the brink of a global crisis, or is this another round of political and military escalation?
· What do Iran, Israel, and the U.S. each want out of this conflict?
· Can military force still create stability, or does it now make the world more dangerous?
· How could this crisis affect oil prices, inflation, and everyday life in North America and beyond?
· What role could China and Russia play if tensions keep rising?
· Are global institutions still strong enough to prevent a wider war?
· Is this mainly a Middle East conflict, or part of a bigger struggle over global power?
· How should ordinary people make sense of a crisis that feels far away, but could affect them directly?
· And so much more!
By the end of the discussion, we will have a clearer understanding of the forces driving this conflict, the risks of a wider crisis, and the possible impact on global stability, the economy, and everyday life.

What Are We Living For? Humanity, Work, and Purpose in the Age of AI
·OnlineOnlineWelcome to this fascinating global debate… held simultaneously!

We are living in a time when artificial intelligence is no longer just a tool of the future. It is entering our workplaces, our homes, our relationships, and even our creative lives. What once felt like science fiction is now forcing us to confront much deeper questions: if machines can work, create, assist, and make decisions better and better, then what place is left for us? What will make a human life still feel valuable, needed, and meaningful?
On the one hand, AI promises to make life easier. It can automate tasks, boost productivity, and perhaps even free millions of people from repetitive or exhausting work. Some imagine a future with less labor, more free time, universal basic income, and new opportunities to focus on what really matters. On the other hand, a harder question is beginning to emerge: if work has long been a source of identity, dignity, structure, and purpose, what happens when many people no longer feel necessary within the economic system?
Just as important is the bigger picture. This conversation is not only about jobs or technology, but about the kind of civilization we are building. We will talk about declining birth rates and aging populations, the risk of growing inequality and concentrated power, and how human relationships may change in a world of artificial companionship, virtual partners, and algorithm-shaped connection. We will also ask what happens to art, creativity, consciousness, spirituality, and the very idea of human uniqueness when we are no longer the only beings capable of producing language, images, music, or emotional guidance.
Some of the questions we will explore:
· What happens to human dignity when work is no longer at the center of life?
· Will automation free us, or push us into a crisis of emptiness and lost purpose?
· Could universal basic income create real freedom — or a more passive and disconnected society?
· How will AI interact with falling birth rates, demographic decline, and aging populations?
· What will happen to friendship, love, and human connection in a world of artificial companionship?
· Does it still mean something to create art or express yourself when a machine can do it in seconds?
· What is the difference between intelligence, consciousness, and human experience?
· Are we entering an era in which the greatest problem will not be poverty, but irrelevance?
· Where will meaning come from if we are no longer defined by work, usefulness, or intellectual superiority?
· And so much more!
By the end of this event, we will better understand why the conversation around artificial intelligence is not just technological, but deeply human. We will leave with a broader view of the changes already beginning, the dilemmas that may define the coming decades, and the essential questions we will need to face if we want to build a future where efficiency does not replace meaning, and where life remains worth living not only because we produce, but because we are human.
