Unleash Your Inner Picasso and Paint Your Masterpiece - Glen Ellyn

Search your closet shelf for that old beret and come to Bottle and Bottega in Glen Ellyn to paint! Create your own version of one of the two paintings shown below, Cityscape or Tree. For your $35 fee, Bottle and Bottega provides everything - 16X20 inch canvas, easel, paint, brushes, aprons, wine glasses, and an artist to coach you through the process. You'll leave with a finished painting at 4:00pm. It's BYOB, so we can bring our own wine and munchies. This Painting Meetup is for INDY50+ members exclusively.

IMPORTANT! : Your RSVP on INDY50+ Meetup does not guarantee you a seat.

You must pay $35 to Bottle and Bottega to guarantee a seat and an easel.

You can register and pay on the internet by clicking on the link below: .

You can also pay by credit card over the phone by calling Bottle and Bottega at [masked] or in person in the studio at 498 Crescent Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.

All I can say after painting that picture is that I'm not quitting my day job. :-D

A really neat event - lots of laughs while funneling our artistic talents (or lack of personally, but still tons of fun:))!

Tremendous fun! 5 "Artists" - 5 "Masterpieces." Douglas, our instructor was a riot and even joined us for lunch after our session. A sip of wine every time a train came by (and there were a lot of trains!).

I would love to do something like this! Unfortunately, I will be out of town this week. I hope you do this again on someThursday(my free day) in the fall.

I did this at a Bottle 'n' Bottega for a bachelorette party in Lincoln Park and it was a blast. An artist will take you through the process or if you don't like the image they have scheduled on their calendar for that night, you can choose another one. I previously couldn't draw a stick man, yet I felt like an artist!
