What we’re about
Improv Toastmasters (improvtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org) is the first Toastmaster club in the San Fernando Valley that features Improv games in each and every meeting. We meet the 2nd, 4th & 5th Tuesday each month at 6:30pm on Zoom.
We are a specialty Toastmaster club. When you visit, we begin with 20 minutes of Improv games. Then, we deliver impromptu speeches, give prepared speeches, make evaluations, and end with 10 more minutes of Improv games.
Most of our members are completely new to Improv, and we have an "anything goes" fun-loving attitude. In addition, as a specialty club, we also feature round-robin feedback (upon request) as well as ample time for members to deliver much longer, advanced speeches.
If you want to work on getting outside the box and expanding your public speaking skills, this is the club for you. If you are a member interested in competition speaking, this is definitely the club for you.
