Welcome to Improv Comedy Meetup.
This is where you learn the real, sometimes paradoxical keys to improv-- What makes it work (working less); what makes it funny (not trying to be funny); what makes you a good improviser (listening and being fun to play with). If you've just watched Whose Line Is It Anyway and wondered, HOW do they do that? Come and find out!

Improv is a joyful way to play, learn, and connect--whether you're a newbie or seasoned performer. We'll play classic and newer theater games and come up with stories and scenes without a script. And learn a bit about improv origins and principles--they work IRL too!
Come deepen your improv skills and tickle your creativity.
Our intentions:

4. Improve communication skills and relationships through absorbing improv principles
5. Maintain safety and respect for all. Hate speech or bullying - demeaning a person based on characteristics such as their race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability or body image, - will not be tolerated.
