What we're about

"Yes And..!" is a phrase we too often leave behind in childhood. Improvisation, also known as Theater Sports, helps us win back that free spirited, open attitude. It helps us shake-off the inhibitions that pile up as life happens, as we filter ourselves or worry about failing or seeming silly, all the while crushing our creativity. We need to reclaim being silly!

Some guiding principles of Improv include:
Accepting: The power of “Yes And!”
Collaborating: Making your partner look good as the priority (which circles around to you looking good;)
Listening: Being in the moment
Growing: by stepping a bit out of your comfort zone, all in the name of fun

Whether you imagine yourself on stage or just want to have fun with like-minded people, the exercises are great for overall attitude. I've been taking classes for 5+ years, but often have to go to Amsterdam. I'm determined there must be more "Players" in The Hague.
