We use self-awareness and movement to create the conditions for you to learn more about your body and find new and exciting movement options that will help you feel freer and more comfortable in your body and therefore your life.
The classes are designed to be a learning opportunity, rather than a form of exercise, so the emphasis is on personal creativity, on allowing ourselves to get things wrong and on having fun!
