Facilitator and founder of InSight & Sound Healing, Brittany Wolfe guides each event using guided imagery and vocal sound healing. Trained in Shambhala meditation techniques along with a contemplative music education at Naropa University, Brittany leads each participant into a trance-like state through their own subconscious and imagination to allow for relaxation and restoration.
Brittany has trained in yoga nidra and meditation techniques from the Art of Living ashram in Bangalore, India and back to Boulder, Colorado. She exemplifies an array of knowledge in music, yoga nidra, body relaxation techniques, Shambhala meditation, and holds a certificate as a Guided Imagery Practitioner.
Striving to develop a combination of techniques that could merge spiritual practices, mind de-cluttering, and physical body release, Brittany successfully intertwined the body, mind, and spirit into a collective and integrative practice that both relaxes and regenerates within both private one-on-one sessions and group facilitation.
Using a personalized soundscape throughout each event and private session, Brittany guides each participant to greater insight and body awareness through imagery and relaxation techniques. Each event has the potential to illuminate blockages and places of deep healing within the body and subconscious mind.
