What we're about

Much of today’s dis-ease can be attributed to our lifestyle and environment. Are you interested in being healthier using a natural approach? I am! I believe there are six pillars to our health:

• Food/Diet

• Physical Activity

• Self-care

• Mental Outlook

• Managing Stress

• Preventive Healthcare

There will be educational meetings, social meetings, free meetings, and cost meetings.

You will see that kombucha is something I love to make and enjoy teaching others how to make their own. Currently, I bottle on Mondays. I can bottle a different day if you let me know a day/time that works best for you.

I also love to get outdoors for a hike and would love to meet others that enjoy hiking. So, join one of the scheduled hikes or suggest one to me that I can add to the calendar.
