Galentine's Day Hack Night

Join us for a night celebrating all the beautiful, talented, brilliant, powerful musk-oxes in your life! We'll get together with some snacks thanks to our awesome hosts at Slalom Consulting, hack on some projects, and celebrate the awesome power of friendship!

While we love Leslie Knope, we realize that "Gal-entine's" is not an inclusive description of this day. We want to come together to celebrate our friends of all gender identities and expressions.

Tonight, we'll hack in small groups on a project of your choosing. Come with a group -- or come alone and we'll help you get settled into a group! We'll provide some project ideas (with different levels of difficulty), so you can challenge yourself while making new connections.

During this event, we'll be encouraging donations to Resilient Coders, a nonprofit coding bootcamp that trains people of color from low income communities for high-growth careers as software engineers. Please note that photos for social media will be taken at this event. When you arrive, we will provide color-coded stickers that you can wear if you do not wish to have your photo taken.
