Continuing in June, we are back with OpenStack meetup.

Talks for June OpenStack Pune Meetup

• 10:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. - Discussing issues with Deploying OpenStack DevStack

• 11:00 A.M. to 12.00 P.M. - KeyStone Deep Dive By Jaison Raju

• 12:30 P.M. to 01:05 P.M. - HyperScale for OpenStack By Atul and Mahesh

Requirements for the above talks:

• A linux vm with centos/fedora/ubuntu installed with 2 GB RAM and 2 cpus.

• Install docker on the same

.# yum install docker

# systemctl start docker

# docker pull registry.access.redhat.c­om/rhel7/ipa-server [for RHEL-7]

# docker pull docker.io/freeipa/freeip­a-server [for Fedora]

Keystone

We would also be running a Q/A sessions based on Devstack installation we did last time. If you haven't tried it out yet, please do so and we can discuss the errors in this meetup.

On which topic I should submit a talk?

The talk topic should be related to OpenStack:For example: How you are using OpenStack, How to upgrade, new features released or upcoming, Containers and Ansible/Puppet usage in OpenStack, or it can be a talk about libraries and clients used in OpenStack or how can I start contributing to OpenStack.

This month we will be focusing on Keystone. Talks based on this will be given preference over others.

What are the prerequisites for this meetup?

• A laptop having 8 GB RAM with Linux/Windows and VirtualBox/Virt Manger installed for the workshop.• There is no prior knowledge of OpenStack needed but is good to have.
