Hi, we would like to welcome you to Sahajayoga Meditation meetings which take place in and around Indianapolis and Indiana.

Sahajayoga Meditation is a simple and effortless meditation method which brings you in balance and makes you peaceful from within and gives you an unique blissful experience. This happens by awakening of subtle energy (Kundalini) which lies within all of us. This process nourishes our subtle energy system. We can provide this unique experience to anyone who has desire to have it and learn more about it. All this eternal knowledge is invaluable and priceless. So we can not pay for it. So none of the costs are ever passed on to attending members.

The ultimate goal is to give seekers of truth the knowledge of self and make them their own master through knowing themselves at the subtle level.

Join us for the Fall sessions in Carmel starting September 20th until November 22nd before we take a break until new years. We will meet every Friday at 7 PM. Sahaja Meditation is a unique energy-based meditation that allows you to achieve the state of thoughtless awareness, a state in which your mind is calmed and gradually emptied of distractions and stressful thoughts. This Meditation is easy to learn and can be practiced almost anywhere. Our meditation class is open to anyone who is interested in learning how to find peace within.
