You Say You Want A Revolution: An Absurdist Encounter Group (with Johnnie Moore)

Whether it's remote or face-to-face or hybrid, we often think about how our work could be different.

Many of us have experienced unrealistically optimistic blue skies approach to organisational change. Revolutions are easy to dream about but much harder to live with.

In this participatory session, Johnnie Moore and Matt Moore (no relation) will be using a set of absurdist techniques (think of Monty Python), to explore changes to our ways of working and our responses to them.

The session may involve music, film, dance, or drawing, but it will challenge you to acknowledge clouds on the horizon of change and how you might exact some small but realistic changes.
