Hello blockchain and crypto folks!
We continue discovering new cases of crypto-currencies and their role in business sector and this time we decided to take a look at the experience of Neuchâtel. And indeed, the region has become quite active in the field of blockchain and crypto!
This is our first meetup in Neuchatel, and we promise to make it memorable for you!
This meetup covers two big aspects of an ICO: ICO and legal aspects
Contributions into ICO and startup assessment ---> You will learn about the best practices of ICOs in Neuchatel, in particular our speakers will analyse selected tax aspects in relation to ICOs and to tokens’ sale, purchase and holding. They will also comment on mining activities from a VAT and income tax point of view. In addition, our speakers will refer to a case where Bitcoins were contributed to a company to liberate share capital, one of the first experiences in Switzerland !
---> Enthusiasts interested to participate in ICOs are welcomed to join us!
