Do you love to cook, explore new techniques and experiment with ingredients? Come share a good meal with others who understand the passion of cooking (and eating, of course) and we'll teach each other! Food is the focus of each gathering; the way it is prepared, served and the way it tastes. Being able to enjoy it with friends makes the experience much better! Whether you like to cook or just like to eat---come and join us!! Talent, ability, skill etc... not required. Just show up, be willing to jump in and help with something and have a great time.
We provide hands-on cooking events for the novice and seasoned cook alike. Measuring implements are taboo, tasting is encouraged, and your "inner chef" is invited to play. The best part? Every event ends with a dinner party!
Would You like to Learn how to host or co-host a Restaurant Happy Hour/dinner or House Summer Party? There are meny different types of events you could host. Something creative, something food related. A pool side summer party would be fun. Tex-Mex, Havana Nights, or maybe Cajun Theme, you name it.
Will be taking the Green line to the Blue line METRORAIL to DTLA for Cinco de Mayo. Sunday 5/5/19 10 am. We will leave from train platform off the 605 at the Imperial Ave Exit . Parking is 3 dollars and the RTW train trip is around 6. We stay as a group and walk .8 miles once we arrive in DTLA. Our destination is the Central Mkt food stalls. This will be more fun than Olvera Street which will be packed with very long wait times at the few restraunts there. We"ve done these trips before and know the ropes. Let us know if you are getting on elsewhere so that we can look out for you. parking is 3 dollars. You will have to enter your car plate no. at the kiosk. Susan[masked]
