🎤 Sofia Malca, Senior Software Development Manager & Yanina Marcacuzco, Product Owner
Sofia Malca graduated as a Systems Engineer from the National University of San Marcos in Peru and has built her career leading technology projects across the financial, fintech, and telecommunications industries. With five years at the country’s largest telecommunications company, she developed a deep understanding of how technology shapes project management in large-scale organizations. Over the years, she has gained solid expertise in digital transformation, operational efficiency, and the design of business solutions. Today, she serves as a Senior Software Development Manager, specializing in technology project management and driving impactful change.
Living in the Dominican Republic, she enjoys dancing to Latin music, spending time at the beach, and sharing quality moments with her family.
Yanina Marcacuzco studied Software Engineering at Ricardo Palma University in Peru and has over 15 years of experience in software development management. She currently works as a Product Owner at Paysafe.
Her journey in the fintech industry began 10 years ago with PagoEfectivo, a product that gave her valuable opportunities for growth and opened the door to exciting professional challenges. Over time, she has developed strong expertise in IT project management, teamwork, and leadership, with a particular focus on strengthening soft skills.
In her free time, she enjoys dancing to Peruvian music and traveling, two passions that keep her connected to her roots and inspired by new experiences.
