Maintain, Don't Gain.
A holiday Weight Maintenance Program
Many of us gain between 2-5 lbs each holiday season, promising that come January we will stop indulging , tighten up our diet, exercise more lose the weight. However, reality tells us that we still have not lost last years (or the year before that) weight. The issue is mindset and tools.
In this 5 week Coaching and Accountability group we will -
• learn tools, systems and strategies for eating and exercising during busy and stressful times.
• employ simple strategies to burn more calories and improve energy throughout the day
• STILL be able to enjoy holiday get togethers, parties and treats
• NOT gain weight and set our health and fitness back farther.
• We will have online coaching support, in-person education and accountability meetings and fun, effective workouts.
