This is a group for the practice of insight-oriented mindfulness meditation. This is a therapeutic group facilitated by experienced, licensed practitioners professionally trained in mindfulness meditation and insight oriented self-exploration. The group includes various meditation practices and techniques, mindful movement, yoga and theme-oriented discussions. This group utilizes the principals of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Therapeutic Qi Gong. This meeting is open to anyone with the intention of developing a personal practice in meditation, overall wellness and self exploration. all skill levels are welcome. If you would like to develop, or enrich an existing practice, in a non-judgmental, supportive and therapeutic setting, this may be what you are looking for.
